Smart Strategy HR Services was formed with small businesses in mind. Owner, Alex Wiseman, has extensive practical work experience in establishing small HR Departments and developing human capital strategies that foster growth. During the economic crisis of 2025, and watching small businesses close regularly, Alex decided it was time to offer his experience and expertise to help keep small business alive in North Carolina.

Human Capital is the most valuable commodity of every business and knowing how to develop and appreciate your team is one of the biggest indicators of success for small business nationwide.

Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts from UNC Chapel Hill, focusing his area of concentration on Management and Organizational Development. He then went on to earn his Masters in Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University, where he gained the practical knowledge of how businesses grow from conception. With over 10 years of experience working in Human Resources Management and gaining SPHR Certification in 2024, Alex is ready to help you tackle all the administrative, compliance, and people challenges you are facing. This will help you to spend more time focusing on growth and what you love doing the most, while Smart Strategy HR takes care of the rest!
